I have been offering a portable personal training service for the last two ofyears in and around East Lothian. I work with people from all fitness backgrounds but I specialise in working with people who are recovering from or who have had a history of back pain. I use my knowledge as a Pilates Instructor to design exercise plans that are not only hugely beneficial but also safe for the individual. 

I am delighted to now have a permanent home for all of my services at the Platinum Performance Centre. This is a brand new Gym and Studio that is located in Dunbar. The Gym has an amazing range of resistance equipment and free weights as well as a great selection of cardio machines. All of which is brand new and is of the highest quality. 

Then there is the huge studio located next door to the Gym. This is where all classes will be run and can be used for private personal training sessions.

The Core Fitness Circuit Class

If you only have an hour spare for exercise, circuit training is the perfect way to cram as much in as possible. 

Starting with a 10-minute warm-up to get your heart pumping then going straight into the 40-minute circuit that will challenge both your strength and endurance! Each class will finish with 10 minutes of stretching and warming down. 

This class is for all fitness levels. Each exercise station has variations to match your fitness level.

The Core Board Fitness Class

The Core Board Fitness Class is a 1 hour long workout. The class uses the  Indo Board. This is a balance board developed by surfers in California for training in the winter months. This class is the first and only of its kind in Scotland!

The Core Board Fitness Class is an extremely fun full body workout that focuses on building on core strength and improving your posture.
